We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.
I have killed all of your sessions on our side. I have also cleared your sharing keys. Please do the following:
log out of the LastPass extension
remove the LastPass extension
clear your cache and cookies from your browser
add the LastPass extension (download it at lastpass.com/download)
log in and launch a site and verify that the autofill is working
