As a business account administrator, you may request cancellation at any time through a direct Customer Support interaction. After the end of your contract period all users under your business would default to 'Free' status as users, and their Vaults remains intact, though certain features will be restricted. At that point you may subscribe to a lower tier, such as Family or Premium.
I would like to change my business account to a premium account for a single user. Would appreciate assistance in completing this request. Thank you.
