Power User 25% off discount not working at checkout

I get a popup in my lastpass extension on chrome about once a day saying I've qualified for a 25% discount but when I click it to upgrade to premium it doesn't reflect any discount. Is this a deceitful trick or is something broken?

I have a pop up with this message "You still haven't claimed your Power User reward!" When I try to redeem it there is no discount. Is there a code that I have to use to redeem this?

I am sorry to know about the inconvenience, I tried to verify the situation but the payment method is not added, but try to acquire the account using the link below, just make sure you are logged into your account:

This doesn't help at all. Is there someone here that can help me with the 25% power reward issue?

While we're not able to resolve or troubleshoot billing issues on this forum, if you respond to any of the emails sent to you from the LastPass support team you can ask them to provide more details or let them know you're not sure what they are asking you to do and they can respond with more details or a better explanation.
