Lastpass shared items are not opening

When I open lastpass, it looks like shared items to me are locked and I can no longer open them. Clicking on shared items no longer allow me to open the links

Yes that worked now. Is there a reason why I'm not able to access the shared items if I just go thru the lastpass website?
