Lastpass Launch Button Not Showing

Hello. I need help.

Problem: The access shared is not showing a launch button on one member, but showing in another member.

When checked at both ends, the admin account has the correct URL, but for the other member to whom it was shared, the URL is different.

Can someone help? How do we fix this? Thank you.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your shared passwords. Can you please revoke the share and share it again with the affected user? If the issue persists, can you please create a new item with the same information, delete the original and share the new item?
