I'm trying to renew a family plan for my business. The person who owns the family is no longer with the company, and we can't get into the owner account. We have the password, but continuously get a pop up saying we are on a different computer/browser. I have attached the pop up.
And since my account is already attached to a family, it won't give me the option to start a new family. And I don't want to start a new account because I need to use my work email and I already have a good amount of data saved.
Any guidance or solutions are appreciated!
