Trying to update the listed email in Company Profile / Account Information Section

Question

Hi all,

The email listed in Company Profile / Account Information Section is for a former employee.  For some reason I can edit all fields in this section except "email address" which is greyed out (this is after I click on the "Update Account Information" button). I'm Super Admin on the account.Any thoughts?

Hello @Rosanna Henry​,

Click on the Contact Us option found on the top right corner of this page or in our support page. Select either call me (phone support) or Support case (Offline support). You will then be asked for the details about the issue you are having. On Case reason, select billing. Once completed, you should be contacted using the method you chose. For faster support, select Call Me.
