How to change the Lastpass Authenticator backup phone number?

Hello,

I cannot find a way to change theAuthenticator backup phone number. That number was set up at the time of enrolling the Authenticator and is used to pass the authentication with a text message. It is not the Recovery Phone in Lastpass settings and changing the latter doesn't help. Does anyone have any idea how to change it?

Hi @david_pi,

The LastPass Authenticator backup phone number is set when setting up/enrolling the LastPass Authenticator. You'll need to disable the LastPass Authenticator in your LastPass Multifactor Options then re-enable/re-enroll that MFA option and set a new phone number during the setup process:https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/lastpass-authenticator-lp030014
