I have recently changed a password for one of my accounts saved the new password, when I click on the new password Lastpass keeps bringing up the old password even after deleting the old one. Now do I fix this situation?

Check the entries in your browser's internal password manager. It's common for people to accidentally save LastPass data to it, and the browser will subsequently overwrite fields.
