30 day free trial of Premium takes me straight to a payment page aka no free trial! Why can't I trial Premium like is advertised?

I have a free account and have seen offers on LastPass to try out Premium for a 30 day free trial. I would like to do this, but when I click on said offer it takes me to a page where I can register or login, so I login, and then I am just taken to my vault. When I find a 'upgrade to 'premium' link whilst on my vault homepage it directs me to a payment page to pay the entire premium annual fee immediately, hence no free trial! I have contacted Sales who have been of no help as can only assist with Business trials. If anyone knows where I'm going wrong or what is wrong with LastPass's Premium 30 day free trial, please let me know. Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your post.

Per checking your account, we noticed you applied for the LastPass Premium - Free Trial in Dec 17, 2021; when the account was created. The trial period ended Jan 16, 2022.

Therefore, is expected for the system to redirect you to the payment section if you decide to "Upgrade to Premium" from your current Free account". At the moment, your current device type is set to desktop, which means you only have 1 switch left. Please, consider which device type you'll be having as default, if both device types are needed, please, proceed to complete the upgrade.
