Some (11) items are disappeared from my vault. I don't see them even in a new clean Firefox profile. It happened last month 'cause I see them in the previous exported file. Can you fix it for me?

As I said above I installed LastPass in a new Firefox profile. So there's nothing to clean in the cache and so on. The items are still missing.
