Thanks for your response. I have the 'allow recipient to view password' disabled and it's getting worrisome that they can actually see all passwords shared.
Nothing is enabled not even the auto login and auto filled under the advanced settings.
I was thinking of a workaround, is it possible to use the generate secure password and if lastpass generates that, will that password only apply when they login via LastPass (but it won't change the actual password to the site login in real time) so if I were to go to the site directly, i can still login with the actual username and password but for my team, if they go through LastPass to access it (since it's shared with them), they'll only see the last pass generated secure password?
I am getting this right - I'm hoping if this scenario is correct, then I won't have to worry about what they see since it's not the actual real password but the LastPass generated one and I can't still login with the actual password.
Thanks

Welcome to the LastPass Community.
When you choose to share a password, make sure you disable the feature for "Allow Recipient to View Password", as outlined in this support article.
Please keep in mind, some website login pages offer an option to 'see' the password before entering the site. LastPass has no control over this scenario.
I'm afraid most sites will only allow for one set of login credentials. You can certainly use the random password generator to make the pw more secure, but would have to update the pw at the site itself while you are updating the credentials in your Vault.
For troubleshooting purposes, I would reshare the password again, and tell us more about the environmental factors, such as:
