Error: We're not sure what went wrong. If the problem persists, reach out to the LastPass team?

When i click on the "Accept the Data" in the email, it automatically opened LassPass page but with a banner on top saying: "Error: We're not sure what went wrong. If the problem persists, reach out to the LastPass team." Can someone help on this please? Thanks!

Are you trying to update a password, save a new one?

Could you please clean your internet browser (cookies and cache), log in to your LastPass account again, and try to replicate the issue?

I'm having the same issue when trying to "launch" anything that was shared.  Any luck here?
