Share custom item templates

Question

LastPass Business User here. I've created a couple of custom item templates to make life easier, but other business users in the system can't see those templates.They can see items I've created using those templates, but they are unable to see/use those templates to create their own items. Is this expected, or did I do something wrong?

Hello Henry,

Thanks for the reply.  It seems like a bit of a shortcoming to have every user recreate each template they need.  How do we submit a change request to allow sharing of some forms/templates?

I am sorry about the issues you are having with the customer item templates. Unfortunately, when you create one this is not shared with the rest of users from your account. Your users would have to create them as well on their own vault.
