Cannot Log In and Account Recovery Is Not Working

Hoping someone can help me!

I am trying to perform Account Recovery for my LastPass account which I pay for. I put in my email, I get a code texted to me, and when I put that in, all I see is "The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again." Not very helpful.

I then try the option to "get help logging in". I put in my email and see "Thank you for submitting your email. If it matches our records, you will receive an account verification email." No email ever shows up not even in SPAM.Would appreciate your assistance.

I am having the same issues. Multiple devices, all the same issue. Support emails are going unanswered. I cannot find a support phone number because I cannot login. Biometrics no longer working. Has anyone found a solution?
