Master Password Incorrect on Popup Screen -- technical glitch

Question

I have been using lastpass for over 10yrs - why does it all of a sudden keep saying my Master Password is incorrect  on the pop-up screen (see screenshot) - no matter how many times I enter it.  THis has been driving me insane for the past few days..   This is a massive technical glitch that Lastpass need to fix this issue asap!!!

Same here, Premium user and still have this issue for over a year.

Same. The workaround (open the web app) works fine, but the (much more convenient) extension dialog is broken. Considering changing password managers on account of this bug.

Same here. The trick is to open the vault and retrieve the passwords from the web app. It works on their website. But the popup from the extension is broken indeed.
