I have a new phone number and have updated it in my account. I am now trying to login to LastPass in a second browser, Firefox, and am trying to reauthenticate but there is no text or call coming to my new phone number. What am I missing?

SMS delivery can sometimes become unreliable depending upon the telecom provider, location, and reception.

If there isn't the availability to disable your MFA via email, as in the LastPass Authenticator, then you may use the 'Request help' button within this recovery article to begin an email confirmation process through Customer Support.
