I had to change card which made my account to expire from premium to free.
I am trying to upgrade it back, but I keep getting this message?

@CDShriver I'm sorry, there may have been an issue with the billing information when we migrated your account over the past year. The option to purchase a premium license is available via that summary page as well. If you still cannot renew, contact billing support. If you happened to use PayPal in the past, that payment option to my knowledge is no longer available.

Hey, thanks for the reply! I checked my account status and it still shows me as a "free" user. I checked my payment history going back 5 years and it shows all of my premium renewals, but nothing for this year:
I was trying to figure out how to contact billing support, but I've been running into a brick wall. Do you happen to know the easiest way to contact them? It seems like if you have a free account you're on the outside looking in. I really want to give them money!
Thanks! I was able to get this fixed by creating a case in the support portal. They "did something" to my account, then I logged off, logged back in and was able to upgrade to premium. Not sure what happened, but my auto renewal is turned on, so hopefully it won't happen again!
