Suddenly my account was logged out in Android, can't login or change Master Password

I opened the app today and it was asking me to login using my Master Password.It said my password was wrong

I followed the steps to change my Master Password using biometrics but I try to login with the new master password and it also fails.

I'm sorry to hear about the recent login troubles.

Biometrics can sometimes get disconnected from LastPass apps, and unfortunately we don't have control over the local devices recognition sync. If you've already attempted to reboot the affected mobile device, did you have any other recovery methods set up, such as in this support article?

I have had a similar Issue!

I was also logged out, and now I can't get back in. I reset my password using my biometrics, but the new password still didn't work even though I was certain that it was correct. Ihave uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That still didn't work and now I can't reset my account with biometrics. Is the biometrics now unusable as this is a new installation of the app?
