Resetting Master Password with FaceID Stuck Loading

I got a new iPhone and forgot my master password for LastPass. I tried going through the biometric reset using FaceID as all the other methods weren't working for me. The FaceID immediately works, but afterwards it lands on a screen that says "You need to set your new master password" with an image of a hand holding a key to a lock and the circular loading wheel just buffers nonstop. It does not give me an option to enter a new password, its permanently stuck on the loading screen. I tried force closing out of the app and turning my phone off and on and it still doesn't give me an option. Any help is greatly appreciated to help avoid resetting my account.

I am having the same problem. I have only used mine on my iPhone and recently had water damage to my old iPhone. Got a new one, and I'm in the same boat. I dont remember the hint. I have not used it on any browsers, etc... Hope you find a solution.
