What a mess
I agree LastPass has the worst support, even for enterprise customers or MSP. No phone number for support, no chat with support. If you call sales you get transferred to a support queue where you sit on hold for untold number of minutes or hours, until you give up and hang up. I am to the point where we will go to the expense of moving our password management to another service.
