And no option works, I am unable to get inside in any way they suggest. How do get to speak to someone from the support team if I don't have a paid account?

Per checking your account, the logs are showing as failed, this is due to the master password being typed in is incorrect. Please, check there are no typos, or missing details, as the master password is case sensitive.
