does anyone know how to solve this or can someone from the Support Team contact me?
I was initially unable to change my LP accounts email address and opened up a support case. With help of support I was able to finally change my address (incognito browser mode did it FWIW).
After the address change I tried to respond to the Support Team that it worked. Problem is, I am unable to login to the support portal now. When trying as before, I get this error message:
duplicate value found: LP_Identity_Id__c duplicates value on record with id: 0058c00000DAvdH
Tried old email/credentials (which obviously dont work anymore), and with the new ones only this error message comes up.
Hence I am unable to open any new support cases, which is a problem thats needs to be taken care of.
