Today I finely got a response to this ticket.
But the link provided in the email, doesn't work.
I had also opened a support case on this as well, but now when I go to My Cases it doesn't show I have any cases open.
I am getting frustrated with not getting the support I need.
I can't believe you don't have a support phone number so I can talk to a person.
Going back and forth in emails for something that I should be able to do myself makes it worse.
Please have someone contact me.
