When I attempt to use LastPass with Chrome on some sites the screen flashes until I disable the LastPass extension. How do I fix this?

This happens with the Norton Security website, the Sam's Club website, and several others.Note that it does NOT happen with all websites and once I disable LastPass the flashing stops and I can log in. When this originally started happening, several weeks ago, I found that disabling auto-fill fixed the problem but now it's happening even when auto-fill is already disabled.

Thank you for your quick response, Henry! I'm going to bookmark that Basic Troubleshooting page for future use.

Unfortunately, I tried all the steps and still see the same issue. I am attaching two screenshots:

Norton Password Settings - shows my LastPass entry for Norton with the username and password blocked out.

Norton Login Page - shows the login page when I get there while the LastPass extension is enabled.

You can see the following issue:

* Despite the fact that Autofill and AutoLogin are not check in LastPass, the username field on the Norton page is filled in. Note that I double checked that I didn't have any autofill data in Chrome - I believe that LastPass is the only place this could come from.
* You cannot see the flashing - you'll have to trust me on that (sorry).

I have been noticing this problem on several websites with autofill turned on and have, one by one, disabled Autofill in LastPass in the past month when a website gave me this problem. This worked for most cases but not with Norton.

Sam's Club gives me a similar issue (see that attachment). When I click on the "Sign In" button with the LastPass extension enabled the submenu that allows me to log on flash open and immediately shuts so I can never actually move the pointer to the menu item that allows me to enter my login information.

In every case where I've seen this bewhavior, if I disable the LastPass extension I can log on just fine.
