Emergency Access Request message won't go away

I gave my wife emergency access to my vault with a 'wait time' of 'immediately'. She requested emergency access nearly a year ago (June 2020), but I am still receiving a message every time I open my vault giving me two options 'close' and 'deny access'. I always choose close but the message appears the next time I access the vault. I've searched LastPass and the interwebs and I don't know how to get rid of it.
