Can LastPass delete my account on request? No need to recover.

the hint seems to be useless and multiple attempts to login are not allowed. Try after 5 minutes and after 5 or 10 minutes it still says I can't try?

I simply want to reuse my email and don't want to recover my account. LastPass should at least be able to delete the account through my email.
