A lot of passwords disappeared after downgrading

Hi, we've just downgraded from a Families account back to the free account, as the full range of services was no longer needed, and only one user account was now needed.

The Lastpass website states, paraphrasing: 'shared folders will no longer be shared, but passwords will remain in your vault'.

However, almost all the passwords have disappeared, and are not in deleted items either.

This is logging in directly to the dropbox website, not a browser extension or app.

And apparently there is no come back because there is no support available to free users.

This is what happens when you leave a Families plan:

* Items in shared folders you created will be moved to your personal vault and will no longer be accessible by others (with whom you previously shared)
* You will lose access to any items within shared folders that were shared with you by other family members (those items will be moved to the sharer's personal vault)
* All non-shared passwords, notes, and items in your vault will remain as-is
* Any emergency access contacts that you set up will remain as-is

Basically, any shared items stay with the account the were shared from. If the account that you deleted had shared items with the account that you have kept, once you left the Families plan they would not be shared anymore. You would need to copy them over to the account you kept.
