My master password does not work from the extension but does on the web?

I do know my master password and I cant seem to send an email to lastpass email, all the links are circular and you can't get help?

I am sorry about the issues you are having with the extension. I can't see any failed recent login attempts on your account. I would suggest to remove the extension and install it again. Then try to log in again.
