Hotels.com Expedia.com VRBO.com are all on OneKey. How to save the same reused password?

Now that these three websites are under the OneKey program, how are users saving the same reused passwords? LastPass is telling me that I should not reuse the same password at different websites, but this what OneKey is promoting: the same username and password at the three different sites. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

Is this a situation where you can use the Equivalent Domains tab in the Account Settings Window? If they are essentially the same account, especially if they actually tie into the same central account authority, this should be an option.
