LastPass 4.146.7 spamming errors on Microsoft Edge 139 (Windows 11) After updating to 4.146.7 the extension floods edge://extensions → Errors on SPA sites (e.g., instagram.com), even without interaction.

Errors (repeat dozens of times):

- Unchecked runtime.lastError: Cannot create item with duplicate id (LastPass, separator, Add Item, Add Password, Add Address, Add Payment Card, Save all entered data, Generate Secure Password)

- Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute 'observe' on 'MutationObserver': parameter 1 is not of type 'Node'

- Uncaught (in promise) Error: No tab with id: <various ids>

Tried:

- Browser restart.

- Toggling Developer Mode (only hides logs).

- Issue persists consistently.

Env:

- LastPass extension: 4.146.7

- Microsoft Edge: 139.0.3405.125 (64-bit)

- OS: Windows 11 (fully updated)

Please confirm and advise fix/rollback.

We are sorry for the issue with your account and browser extension. Let's try the steps below to resolve the issue:

Access your LastPass vault using a computer

Go to the bottom left corner click on "Account Settings"

Make sure you are in the "General Tab"

All the way to the bottom of the window clicks on "Show Advance Settings"

Find the "Security Menu"

Scroll down and find "Auto-logoff" and "Bookmarklet Auto-Logoff" Make sure both options are set in 2 weeks

Once done, please log out of your account and log back in.
