It just sits there for a while. I would connect with support, but alas I'm not shelling out $$ to lastpass so I guess it's just broken experience?
I'd also like to know how to close my account... it's been a shit experience since the 1year $$ they wanted ran up and they converted me to a free account.
I tried to open the mobile app, and it bails on me, says "go premium or open in a web browser"
Great,... I flip to my firefox on mobile and login. The damn site isn't responsive, like at all? You guys are forcing me to zoom in... I need to create a new password, and I can't find the generator option anywhere.... I end up on the "add a password" form and press the back button -- this logs me out.. what? I login again.... accidently hit refresh at some point or another, it logs me out... WHAT?
I say "screw this" and head to my desktop try to login there -- completely doesn't work. It accepts my credentials and 2fa code, but the damn thing just sits there on the gear spinning and eventually routes back to a login form again. I open an incognito window and it works fine then....
BUT, it's asked me to create a new password without any way to bypass it... it has "required" security metrics, including god knows what. This is great, I'm going to have to write this password on a stickynote... real secure. It's in my notepad window right now... I set the reminder to "lastpass is not long for this world"
How do I close my account again?? I'd like to connect with support but I'm not giving ya'll a dime with this shitty experience.
