Can't make message go away

Question

Greetings,

Every time I sign into a certain website, the icon turns yellow and I get a message saying "Week password detected". If I click "Disable alert for this site" it will go away, but the next time I go back to this website, the error message is back.

This is a new problem that only began a few weeks ago. I haven't made any changes to my account. Why doesn't "Disable alert for this site" no longer work?

I'm using LastPass Premium on Windows 10 64-bit Home edition.

I started a support case over a month ago, and they are aware of this issue, but say we need to wait for the next release to see if it's fixed. Support has been horrible in responding to this and wasn't even aware that others had the same issue. I had to find other posts, like this one, to prove it wasn't just me. I'm starting to consider an alternative to LastPass, because their support has been consistently poor.
