I want to cancel my Lastpass Premium Automatic Renewal for some reason. And i follow this page to cancel it on website

But after clicking "Yes" to confirm cancel in step 5, the page still shows that the Automatic Renewal is Enabled and I check my email DID NOT RECEIVE any confirmation email about cancel automatic renewal.
How am i supposed to CANCEL Lastpass Automatic Renewal ???

We are looking into the issue with canceling online, for now, you can contact LastPass Support and request a callback and they will assist you. If receiving a callback is an issue for you I can open support tickets for you to have your automatic renewals disabled.

After some search, I've seen that LogMeIn doesn't manage issue with LastPass here.
Moreover, the only way to resolve it is to contact LastPass support.
In my case, it's only possible through phone call.
Seeing that my CD will be changed before the renewal, I have :
- opted for an account deletion
- chosen a competitor as password solution
- transfer my data there.
There are many other topic about this issue and most users are left alone to resolve it.
I don't wish to pay for this kind of service.

so i wanted to try Last pas premium for a year and after put in my information and purchased a year of LastPass premuim i tried to cancel my Auto-Renewal
but it doesn't respond at all. and am stuck for hours trying to cancel it
i know how to canel a membership but the thing is when i click on the "Cancel Auto-Renewal" the website doesn't respond it just starts loading..then nothing happens
is anyone not able to disable their auto-renewal like me?

I have tried on two different computers with firefox, brave, edge and none show any contact details for support at the bottom of the page. I want my auto renewal canceled, and I want a lastpass support representative to email me about it.

I'm also unable to cancel auto renew on my account. I've tried with a number of browsers with all privacy settings disabled. The provided lastpass support page provides no contact details at the bottom of the page as suggested here. I want support to contact me via email or phone to resolve this. I have the same problem, trying to cancel the subscription. Tried with different browsers, in private sessions, etc. to no avail. Callback is not really an option for me... I need a solution. Is it an option just to delete the account? Or will the subscription still remain?
