I have two MFA Policies applied to all staff .
- Require any MFA option after grace period
- Apply parent account MFA policy
One staff member just recently experienced an error where she wasn't able to complete her MFA verification (it kept looping).
In trying to problem solve this issue for her, I went to disable her MFA. In her user options this option doesn't appear, even though every other user has this option.
I want to know why this is happening, and what can I do to get her back up and running on her account again.
