If the error message accessing your iPhone shows incorrect password, verify by accessing on an incognito window or other browser if you are able to login using that same password. If you are able to login on the computer, where you are already logged in, verify that you are typing the password correctly and that you don't have any typo. If the password is correctly type but the issue persists, my recommendation is that you uninstall the LastPass application from your iPhone and reinstall it maybe the app grabbed cached or is not properly syncing with LastPass servers.
