Not receiving multi-factor authentication code via SMS

I'm currently experiencing an issue with my LastPass account. I'm unable to log in as I'm being prompted for a code (multi-factor authentication), but I never receive it. I also don't have the authenticator app installed in my phone, so there is no way to log in. Any assistance will be appreciated!

Unfortunately, with business accounts we are unable to have the multifactor disabled from our side unless it is an administrator who is contacting us.
