Not receiving verification emails, and getting an error when trying to login to the support center.

I am trying to update my account email. It tells me it sends a verification email, but I have checked every possible email, including the spam and promotional folders, with no luck. As far as I can tell, I don't have any blocks set up. I don't have MFA configured either.

When I try to login so that I can submit a support request, I only get this error: Something went wrong… We couldn't complete your request. Reference number: List index out of bounds: 0

I am out of ideas, and I really need to be able to update my email. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out in our Community. When updating your account, please review old and new email inbox for the confirmation email change.

If the issue persist, try making the changes using incognito window or other browser.

Let us know if that works.
