My premium account expired, but now I can't renew my subscription. I probably paid via googleplay, the first time. I have been a premium member for years.

I'm trying to upgrade to premium, but the message i get is "You cannot purchase this product with your account".

Could you assist me so I get a renewal of my subscription?

Same here. I can't renew, and there is no way to talk or communicate to any support. Everywhere I turn is dead end. There is no renew button. Nothing I can do to restore the service. It's pitiful that they have to shut the loyal customers out like this.
