Using Form Fields

I am trying to use Form Fields on a web site that requires three pieces of data to authenticate. Last Name, User ID and Password.

I used Inspect on the web site and found the exact field names. I added the fields as Form Fields but Last Pass does not fill in the information.

What else do I need to do to make this work?

We understand that some websites require three pieces of information to complete the login process. LastPass can store this information and autofill it correctly when configured properly.

For this scenario, we recommend using the "Save All Entered Data" feature. This allows LastPass to capture all the fields entered during login and helps ensure that the information is autofilled into the correct fields on future visits.
