HELP Locked out of last pass after Windows Reset

After I reseted my windows pc I tryed to log into Last pass but i couldnt find the password anywere and there fore I tried to do account recovery but it couldnt find the restore stuff so am I F now ?

so I only have email and Phone number linked to it no password and no recovery keys

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. When you log in through the browser extension, a recovery key is stored in its local cache. Unfortunately, if you reset the computer, remove the extension or use a different device where you did not log in before, then the recovery process will fail. In this case, you will need to log in using the correct Master Password or reset the account.
