I've been locked out of Lastpass since the security upgrade and can't reach any Lastpass support.
I am a premium Lastpass user (a paying customer for over a decade) and have been unable to access my Lastpass account since I was forced to update my 2FA.
I submitted a case one the website but have not heard anything back.
My 2FA is broken, I get an "Error Authentication Failed" message.
If I try to use SMS instead of 2FA app, I click "send me an SMS message" but I never receive anything.
When I try to do an account/recovery / password reset via SMSI get an "Invalid or expired code" after entering the correct SMS code.
I need this account back up and running.
Please help.
