We have a handful of tools where we only pay for one or two seats, a shared Canva account, one SEO tool license, that kind of thing, but four or five different people on the team need to log into them at different points during the week. For a while the password just got shared around verbally or in a pinned message, which meant anyone could see it, and changing it later (say, after someone left the team) meant chasing down everywhere it had been shared.
