How to fix equivalent domains? Broke last week

I've had the same equilvalent domains set up for a couple of years. They have worked until the last couple of weeks. Now, the passwords only work for the host it is saved for.

Specifically, on our compary domain "company.com" I have different passwords for 3 different groups of subdomains.

First group:

Password saved for: xyz.company.com

Equivalent domains: xyz.company.com, a-b-c.company.com

Autofill not working for: a-b-c.company.com

Second Group:

Password saved for: login.system.d-e-f.company.com

Equivalent domains: login.system.d-e-f.company.com, login.system.ijk.company.com

Autofill not working for: login.system.ijk.company.com

Third Group:

Password saved for: qrs.company.com

Hi @Hilda Beatriz Calderas (3P), I am using Edge (v4.155.1). Probably the same issue as Chrome for Jim.

I am having the same issue. The equivalent domains are set up properly and work in safari with the LP plugin there (Version: 4.154.2). They do not work in Chrome (v4.155.1).

Something in the latest chrome plugin has broken this.

A few things to check:

Verify the equivalent domain entries are still saved correctly. Go to Account Settings > Equivalent Domains and confirm each pairing is intact. Occasionally an update can cause entries to appear saved but not sync properly. Deleting and re-adding the affected pairs often resolves it.

Force a vault sync. Open the LastPass extension, select Account, and choose Fix a problem yourself follow by Refresh your vault and Clear local data. Then test autofill again on the equivalent domain.

Check your extension version. Go to your browser's extension manager and note the LastPass version. If it updated recently, that may be the source of the change. You can also to Uninstall LastPass and re-install the extension.

Try a different browser. If autofill works in another browser, the issue is likely extension-specific rather than a vault configuration problem.

If none of those resolve it, I'd recommend opening a ticket with our support team at lastpass.com/support — share the specific domain pairings (without sensitive info) and the extension version so they can dig into whether something changed on the backend.
