Cancelled my account automatically cancels my subscription renewal?

I cancelled my account last week and was looking up if that meant my subscription is also cancelled, which I assume to be the case, but read a lot online that folks still got billed. I created a trial account with the same email address just to post a question as there did not seem to be any other way to speak to anyone about it (ridiculous, really, but here we are). Tks.

Thanks, I was paying for my LastPass account so I am assuming it was premium, unless you have different paid memberships. How do I go about contacting your support team?

If you have deleted your account, this also cancel your account immediately as long as it is a premium account. If you are unaware of which type of subscription you had, you could always reach out our support team so they can assis tyou confirming this.
