I was having some issues with my email where I wasn't able to receive any emails. IT fixed the issue and now I can send external emails and receive external emails. However they mentioned that since I tried to continually access a shared file where it needed me to verify and the emails got a NDR back that my email was potentially flagged and marked as 'not real' so I may no longer get verification emails. Any staff that can check if this is true or not?

Welcome to the LastPass Community. If your email server was previously rejecting messages and returning NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports), some verification emails may have failed to deliver at that time. In certain cases, repeated delivery failures can temporarily affect how future emails are handled.

A few things to check:

• Confirm that you can now receive emails from other external senders.
• Check your Spam/Junk, Quarantine, and Safe Senders settings.
• Ask your IT team to verify that messages from LastPass domains are not being blocked or quarantined.
• Trigger a new verification email and have IT review the mail logs to see whether it was received, blocked, or rejected.

From the LastPass side, support can review whether verification emails are being generated and sent to your email address. If you're not receiving them after your email issue was resolved, I'd recommend opening a support case so the team can check the email delivery status for your account.
