I apologize for the huge inconvenience this is causing you . I have seen that most of the time this issue is related to a high volume of cache, cookies, or a sync issue on LastPass. I will recommend following these steps to troubleshoot:
1.- Make sure your browser is up to date, if not updated, please update it to the latest version
2.- Logout from LastPass and clear browser cache and cookies for at least the last hour
3.- Uninstall LastPass extension from your browser https://support.lastpass.com/help/uninstall-lastpass-lp010011
4.- Restart the browser and re-install the extension, you can re-install it from here: https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
5.- log in to LastPass through the LastPass browser extension and test again
