I would like to cancel my subscription
how do I do this? how does my cancellation get confirmed?

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're looking to cancel your subscription. Based on your account records, I see you have a Trial account, it will expire in a week.
You don't need to cancel the subscription as you won't be charge when the Trial expire and your account will be convert to LastPass Free immediately.
