Issue with Verification Email for Password Changes

Question

When a user logs in for the first time to a LastPass account, I receive a verification email on the associated Gmail account to approve the user successfully. However, when i changes the password for the LastPass account, the user gets signed out.Upon re-login, they are logged in directly without any verification email being sent to me.

This process raises concerns about the security of the account as I am unable to verify and approve the password change. I am unsure if there is a specific setting or feature where I can view all approved devices or sessions to ensure account security.

But after changing the account password, I do not receive any email notification when the same IP address logs in. This has led me to inquire if there is a specific location within the LastPass platform where I can view and delete all the approved IP addresses associated with my account.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with the verification email. Are you referring to the verification email with the link to "Verify new device or location"? If so, this email is only triggered when trying to log in from a new IP address, as the users already logged in on that IP then no email is going to be sent after the password was changed and currently there is no setting to require email verification for every login attempt.
