Sharing not working

Question

I've used LP for about 5 years and have been able to share passwords with various different assistants. We just hired a new assistant and I sent a password to her which she received and is using.

I tried to send several more passwords to her and she did not receive the email. I tried hitting the resend icon for one of the passwords I sent, showing in the Sharing Center. I got an error message saying "

ERROR: To share with more than one person, please upgrade to LastPass Premium."

I am not trying to share with another person, it's a "Resend" to the original recipient! And, she is still not receiving any emails after the first one I sent her. Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you again for your time, in this case I suggest to try the steps on both of your accounts to refresh your vaults:Basic troubleshooting for LastPass (desktop)﻿

Or you can also try and delete the existing item, and create a new one and share that one, make sure that the other user is also using the LastPass extension, and as a workaround have them accept the item from their sharing center instead of the invitation email.

Thank you for your response. I've actually done that several times and she is still not receiving anything but the original share. I've revoked and sent a new share twice and the email she receives is the original share!

Welcome to the LastPass Communiity!

In this case if the issues persist and you cannot resend the share password as a workaround I suggest to revoke the access to that share and re share it instead: revoke access.
